Finance & Fund Development
Chairman: Dr Philbert Chin	oversees financial and funding matters
	plans and implements fundraising activities
	develops a constituency of sponsors and donors
Human Resource Development
Chairman: Mr Ngiam Tong Yuen	recruits, selects and deploys new members to the various programmes/projects
	develops, motivates and sustains members
Mandarin Section
Chairman: Mr James Tay	organises educational and recreational activities
Project Development & Implementation
Chairman: Dr Sylvester Yong	identifies, plans and implements niche projects
	reviews and enhances current programmes/projects
Administrative Support
	provides support to the secretariat including manning of the reception and answering of telephone calls.

Regular training sessions are held by the individual committees and programmes to upgrade the skills of our members and volunteers as well as to keep them abreast with the latest development in their respective areas of interest.
