Changi Senior Ambassador

This is a partnership project between the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and RSVP Singapore.This project offers an opportunity for seniors to provide a directional and assistance service to travellers at the airport leaving them a memorable impression of our country.

Volunteers must be able to speak English, have good communication skills, and a friendly and helpful disposition. They must commit to a minimum of 4 hours duty when scheduled. They are stationed at the arrival halls of Changi International Airport T1 and T2.

As an Ambassador of the Airport, volunteers complement the pool of existing Customer Service Officers and will have to undergo training to equip themselves with knowledge of the various outlets, facilities and locations within the terminals to be able to attend to the queries of travellers.
