Committees
RSVP has several Functional Committees, each with roles and responsibilities pertaining to its area of activity, from fund raising to brand building to volunteer management. If you have the experience and can add value as a committee member, do join us.

Corporate and Marketing Communications
Chairman: Ms Marie Mattar
Function:
This committee has been renamed to take on a bigger and more enhanced role. It has two vice-chairmen, one for public relations and the other for marketing. The role of this committee is to increase awareness of the RSVP brand internally and to the public. We need writers, Mandarin translators and proof readers.
Fund Development
Chairman: Dr Philbert Chin
Function:
This committee is responsible for RSVP's fundraising matters. It plans and implements fundraising activities, and develops a constituency of sponsors and donors. You may wish to volunteer by helping out in event planning and execution, in direct fundraising on Flag Days and in Pledge Card campaigns.
Volunteer Management
Chairman: Mr Richard Lim
Function:
Responsible for recruitment, deployment and management of volunteers. As a volunteer, you can help with the Member Induction sessions, planning and execution of volunteer events and volunteer training
Partnership Management Committee
Chairman: Mr Gerald Minjoot
Function:
Formed in late 2010, the role of the committee is to proactively engage corporations with the view of establishing long term strategic corporate partnerships.
Programmes Creation, Assessment and Development
Chairman: Mr John Lee
Function:
Responsible for programme assessment to ensure that it is consonant with the organisation's vision and mission , viability and sustainability (in terms of financial and manpower and related resources).
Administrative Support
Function:
This team provides support to the Secretariat, including manning of the reception counter and answering of telephone calls.
** Regular training sessions are held by the individual committees and programmes to upgrade the skills of our members and volunteers as well as to keep them up-to-date with the latest developments in their areas of interest.
